    Wat zijn de verzendkosten en levertijden?
    De verzendkosten worden automatisch berekend op de afrekenpagina.
    Wij streven ernaar om alle bestellingen binnen 24 uur na ontvangst van de betaling te verzenden.

    Levertijden verschillen van land tot land. Alle bestellingen komen tussen de 2 en 10 werkdagen aan. De levertijd kan variëren, afhankelijk van de bestemming. Gebruik de Track & Trace-code om uw pakket te volgen.

    Noble Goods Co. is niet verantwoordelijk als jouw pakket tijdens het transport verloren of beschadigd raakt. Alle zendingen worden volledig verzekerd verstuurd en wij zullen graag namens jou een claim indienen als dit zou gebeuren.

    Kan ik mijn bestelling ophalen?
    Ja, tijdens het afrekenproces kun je ervoor kiezen ("Pickup at Noble Goods Co.") om jouw bestelling op te halen in Utrecht centrum.

    Als je hebt gekozen voor afhalen, ontvang je een melding via jouw mobiel of email voor een afhaal of bezorg afspraak. 

    Binnen een straal van 5km van Utrecht Centraal kan jouw bestelling ook gratis bezorgd worden. Dit gebeurt meestal op dezelfde dag van bestelling. 

    Kan ik mijn bestelling volgen?
    Zodra de bestelling is verzonden ontvang je een e-mail met jouw Track & Trace nummer.

    Bieden jullie internationale verzending aan?
    Ja, wij verzenden wereldwijd. Tenzij anders vermeld, worden alle artikelen verzonden via PostNL of DHL Express Worldwide met Track & Trace.

    Houd er rekening mee dat er eventuele extra invoer- en heffingskosten geheven kunnen worden op pakketten die buiten de EU worden verzonden.

    Noble Goods Co. heeft geen invloed op deze heffingskosten, en de hoogte van deze kosten verschillen van land tot land. Eventuele extra kosten voor douane inklaring zijn uitsluitend de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant en moeten mogelijk op het moment van levering pas worden betaald.

    Kleinere items zoals dvd's worden per brievenbuspakket verzonden om de verzendkosten laag te houden. We hebben altijd een bewijs van verzending voor het geval er een geschil ontstaat.

    Gemiddelde levertijden voor sommige landen:
    Nederland 0 – 3 Werkdagen
    Nederlandse Antillen 8+ Werkdagen
    Rest van de EU en VK 3+ Werkdagen
    USA 4+ Werkdagen

    Werkdagen zijn van Maandag t/m Vrijdag behalve op feestdagen.

    • Bestellingen geplaatst op Maandag tot en met Vrijdag vóór 16.00 uur, worden meestal de volgende werkdag geleverd.

    SHIPPING POLICY (ENGLISH VERSION)

    What are the shipping rates and delivery times? 
    The shipping rate will be automatically calculated at the checkout page. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours after we have received the payment.

    Delivery times differ between countries. Orders will all arrive between 2 and 10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Please use the Track & Trace code to track your package.

    Noble Goods Co. is not responsible if your package gets lost or damaged during transit. All shipments are fully insured and we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf if this should occur.

    Do you offer in-store pick-ups? 
    Yes, during the checkout process you will be able to choose the option to pick your order at the Noble Goods Co. in Utrecht.

    If you opted for a pickup, you'll be notified through your mobile phone number or e-mail as soon as your order is ready.

    Orders within a 5 km radius of Utrecht central station can be delivered for free. This usually happens on the same day that the order has been placed.

    Can I track my order? 
    As soon as the order is shipped you will receive an email with your Track & Trace number.

    Do you offer international shipping? 
    Yes, we ship worldwide. Unless stated otherwise, all items will be shipped through PostNL with Track & Trace

    Keep in mind that handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. 
    Noble Goods Co. doesn't have control over these fees and they vary from country to country. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

    Smaller items such as DVDs will be sent out using mailbox parcels to keep down shipping costs. We will always have proof of postage should any dispute arise.

    RETOURNEREN
    Wij bieden de mogelijkheid om een product te retourneren of ruilen wanneer je niet 100% tevreden bent met je aankoop. Je kan jouw bestelling(en) retourneren binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst.

    Neem eerst contact op met Noble Goods Co. via het contactformulier als je een artikel wilt retourneren of ruilen. Vergeet niet jouw naam en ordernummer te vermelden voor een snellere afhandeling.

    LET OP | Noble Goods Co. accepteert geen retourzendingen vóór er voorafgaande schriftelijke communicatie en overeenstemming is
    geweest tussen beiden partijen.

    • Artikelen moeten ongedragen, ongebruikt en ongewassen zijn, in de originele verpakking met alle labels er nog aan.
    • Skateboard onderdelen mogen niet in elkaar zijn gezet, er mag niet mee geskatet zijn en moet er nog zo goed als nieuw uitzien.
    • Ondergoed en tijdschriften kunnen niet worden geretourneerd of geruild.
    • Verzendkosten, invoerrechten, belastingen en douanekosten worden niet terugbetaald bij retourzending of ruiling.

    Geretourneerde goederen blijven de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant en er wordt geen terugbetaling gedaan totdat we jouw artikel in de vereiste staat hebben ontvangen.

    Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van het retourneren van
    een artikel aan ons, tenzij het gekochte artikel onjuist of defect is.

    Zorg ervoor dat de geretourneerde goederen goed en stevig verpakt zijn, dat de artikelen verzekerd verstuurd worden en de totale waarde van de artikelen gedekt zijn, dat Track & Trace beschikbaar is en dat je jouw pakket duidelijk als retour labelt. Als je dit niet doet, zal dit resulteren in verdere afhandelings- en/of douanekosten die volledig onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant vallen.

    Noble Goods Co. is niet verantwoordelijk voor items die verloren gaan of beschadigd raken tijdens het retour transport. Eenmaal geretourneerd heb jij recht op omruiling of restitutie, exclusief de kosten van de originele verzending en verpakking.

    Dit retourbeleid is niet van toepassing op goederen die in de
    winkel zijn gekocht.

    RETURNS (ENGLISH VERSION)
    We can facilitate a return or exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your items within 14 days of receipt.

    Please contact Noble Goods Co. first through the contact form if you want to return or exchange an item. 
    Don't forget to mention your name and order number for quicker processing.
     
    PLEASE NOTE | Noble Goods Co. won't accept any returns before prior written communication and agreement.
    • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
    • Skateboarding goods must be unassembled, un-skated and in a like-new condition.
    • Underwear and magazines cannot be refunded or exchanged
    • Shipping fees,duties, taxes, custom fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.
     
    Returned goods remain the customers responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received your item in the required condition.
     
    You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us unless the item purchased is incorrect or faulty. 
    Please make sure that the returned goods are strongly packaged,insured to the value of the goods, track & traceable and that you clearly label your package as return. Failing to do so will result in further handling and customs fees which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
     
    Noble Goods Co. is not responsible for items that get lost or damaged in the return transit. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
    This return policy does not apply on goods purchased in store.
