Refund policy

Please contact Noble Goods Co. first through the contact form if you want to return or exchange an item. 

Don't forget to mention your name and order number for quicker processing.

 

PLEASE NOTE | Noble Goods Co. won't accept any returns without prior written communication and agreement.

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
• Skateboarding goods must be unassembled, un-skated, and in a like-new condition.
• Underwear and magazines cannot be refunded or exchanged
• Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.

 

Returned goods remain the customer's responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received your item in the required condition.

 

You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us unless the item purchased is incorrect or faulty. 
Please make sure that the returned goods are strongly packaged, insured to the value of the goods, track & traceable, and that you clearly label your package as a return. Failing to do so will result in further handling and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Noble Goods Co. is not responsible for items that get lost or damaged in the return transit. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

This return policy does not apply to goods purchased in-store.
