How do i pay for my order? 

We currently accept electronic payments through iDeal,Visa, Mastercard, Sofort Banking, Bancontact, Klarna Afterpay and PayPal. International customers shop VAT free. All our prices include VAT. It is not possible to get a refund or deduction of any VAT for customers ordering outside the EU.

What are the shipping rates and delivery times?
The shipping rate will be automatically calculated at the checkout page.  We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours after we have received the payment.

Delivery times differ between countries. Orders will all arrive between 2 and 10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Please use the Track & Trace code to track your package.

Noble Goods Co. is not responsible if your package gets lost or damaged during transit. All shipments are fully insured and we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf if this should occur.

Do you offer pick-ups?
Yes,during the checkout process you will be able to choose the option to pick your order at the Noble Goods Co. in Utrecht.

If you opted for an in-store pickup, you'll be notified as soon as your order has been prepared 


Can I track my order?
As soon as the order is shipped you will receive an email with your PostNL or DHL Track & Trace number. 

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Unless stated otherwise, all items will be shipped through DHL Worldwide Express with Track & Trace.

Keep in mind that handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. 
Noble Goods Co. doesn't have control over these fees and they vary from country to country. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Smaller items such as DVDs will be sent out using mailbox parcel to keep down shipping costs. We will always have proof of postage should any dispute arise.
